No. Oruvai works with games and taste signals you add yourself, so a platform connection is not required. When a supported import or provider connection is available, it is optional and its purpose is shown before you use it. Unsupported connections are never implied by the presence of a game in the catalogue.

Oruvai Pro costs €4.99 for each monthly billing period or €34.99 for each yearly billing period. These are the current total consumer prices. The checkout repeats the selected plan, price, renewal and cancellation conditions before an order creates a payment obligation.

Yes. The current monthly and annual offers unlock the same Pro product and the same monthly usage limits. Monthly is charged each month, while annual is charged once per year at the displayed yearly total. The billing choice does not create a different feature tier.

Free includes up to 5 completed personal decisions and 1 hosted group decision per calendar month. Pro includes up to 100 completed personal decisions and 30 hosted group decisions per calendar month. Current usage is shown inside the product.

No. Friends invited to a private Oruvai group can join and vote without buying Pro. The hosted group-decision limit belongs to the host’s current plan; invited participants do not each need a paid subscription for that decision.

No. The current monthly and yearly Oruvai Pro offers do not include a free trial. You can use the Free plan first without a payment card. If a promotion or trial is introduced later, its duration, later price and first charge date will be stated clearly before any order.

You can turn off renewal at any time through the secure subscription management linked from the Oruvai billing area. Unless an earlier legal right applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The account then moves to the current Free level; cancelling Pro does not automatically delete the account.

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the applicable conditions described in Oruvai’s withdrawal information. Confirmed billing errors and non-conforming paid service are handled under the relevant legal rights. Oruvai does not offer a general unconditional money-back guarantee, but verified exceptional cases can be reviewed by support.

Group decisions use the limited participant information needed to find a compatible route. Optional analytics is controlled separately and is not required for the core account to exist.

Yes. Oruvai provides an account-data export covering supported account, library, profile, social and support information before account deletion. If you have Pro, cancel the subscription separately in the billing area before deleting the account; uninstalling the app or deleting local data does not cancel renewal.

Use the secure Oruvai Support form for product, account, billing, privacy, accessibility, security or catalogue questions. Include the affected page or game and enough context to reproduce the issue, but never send passwords, backup codes, full payment details or platform login tokens. Every accepted message receives a case ID.
