Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Kerim Akgül, Nienkamp 30, 48599 Gronau, Germany, email [email protected], of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Meeting the deadline

It is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received under the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. Reimbursement uses the same means of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no fee is charged for the reimbursement.

If you expressly requested that a paid service begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the time you informed us of withdrawal, but only where the legal conditions for that amount are met.

Electronic communication

You can send the withdrawal statement to [email protected] or use the legal category in the Oruvai support form. State your name, account email and the invoice or subscription reference so the contract can be identified. Oruvai confirms receipt electronically.

The right of withdrawal and ordinary subscription cancellation are separate. Withdrawal reverses a recent contract within the statutory period; cancellation turns off future renewal under the subscription terms.
