Subscription and cancellation terms

1. The Oruvai Pro subscription

Oruvai Pro is available for €4.99 per monthly billing period or €34.99 per yearly billing period through a secured Oruvai account. Direct web checkout, recurring billing and subscription management use Stripe. The selected subscription starts only after the billing server confirms it.

2. Plan and included features

The checkout identifies the selected plan, included functions, device or platform limitations, billing interval, start date and any usage limits. Marketing descriptions do not override the final checkout summary.

3. Price and taxes

Oruvai Pro costs €4.99 for each monthly billing period or €34.99 for each yearly billing period, depending on the selected offer. This is the total consumer price. Under the German small-business VAT treatment in Section 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown as deductible. The checkout repeats the selected total price before the order is placed.

4. Order and activation

Immediately before ordering, Oruvai displays the essential plan features, total price, term, renewal, withdrawal and cancellation conditions in a highlighted summary. The final button clearly states that the order creates a payment obligation. A contract confirmation is then sent on a durable medium. Access is granted only after server-side confirmation from Stripe; a browser redirect alone does not grant a plan.

5. Billing and automatic renewal

Unless checkout states a fixed non-renewing term, the subscription renews for the displayed billing period until cancelled. The payment method is charged at the start of each period. The account shows the next charge and earliest cancellation effect.

6. Trials and promotions

The current monthly and yearly offers do not include a free trial. If Oruvai later offers a trial or promotion, checkout will state its duration, later price and first charge date before an order is placed. A trial will not convert into a paid subscription without an explicit order that clearly discloses the conversion.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The separate Withdrawal information and electronic withdrawal function apply. A request for immediate service and any resulting proportionate value are handled only under applicable law and the explicit checkout wording.

8. Cancellation

You can turn off renewal at any time from the Oruvai billing area through secure Stripe subscription management. You can also submit a cancellation declaration without signing in at https://oruvai.com/cancel-subscription. The public form records the request and sends an electronic receipt with a case ID. Unless an earlier right applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Uninstalling the app, clearing local data, deleting the account or disconnecting a gaming platform does not cancel Oruvai Pro. Cancel the subscription separately before deleting the account. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

9. Plan and price changes

Oruvai may add or improve features without reducing the agreed core. Material adverse changes to a digital service follow applicable consumer law and include advance information, a valid reason where required and any statutory termination right.

A future price increase applies only after clear advance notice and never retroactively. Where affirmative agreement is legally required, silence is not treated as agreement.

10. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Oruvai may notify the account holder and retry through the payment provider under the disclosed schedule. Paid access may be restricted after a reasonable opportunity to resolve the failure. Statutory rights and access to account, billing and cancellation controls remain available.

11. After the subscription ends

Paid-only functions stop at the effective end date. The account moves to the then-current free level where available. Oruvai will explain which saved information remains viewable, becomes read-only or is deleted. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete the account.

12. Sales channels and payment providers

Direct web payments are processed through Stripe. Oruvai is the seller of the direct web subscription. If Oruvai later offers subscriptions through Apple, Google or another app store, that store may act as seller or payment intermediary and control billing, cancellation and refunds. The existing RevenueCat preparation is disabled and no app-store subscription is currently offered.

13. Statutory rights and support

Rights relating to withdrawal, conformity, remedies and refunds remain unaffected. Billing questions can be sent to [email protected].
