Our commitment
Oruvai aims to make its website and core application flows perceivable, operable, understandable and robust across common devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as product quality even where a statutory exemption may apply to the operator.
Measures in the current design system
- Semantic headings, landmarks and controls
- Keyboard-visible focus states and logical navigation order
- Readable line lengths and responsive text without forced horizontal scrolling
- Sufficient contrast for text and essential controls
- Labels that do not depend on colour alone
- Reduced-motion support for users who request it
- Zoom and reflow support on mobile and desktop
- Alternative text for meaningful images and decorative-image suppression
Target and assessment
The intended benchmark is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website and core account tasks. Conformance has not yet been independently audited. Automated tests, keyboard review, screen-reader checks and device testing are performed continuously and repeated after material changes.
Full formal conformance is not currently claimed.
Known current limitations
- Some animated product demonstrations may need richer text alternatives
- Stripe Checkout and subscription management are partly controlled by a third-party interface
- Game artwork supplied by third parties may not contain useful embedded descriptions
- The native mobile builds have not yet completed a full assistive-technology audit
Feedback and assistance
If a barrier prevents access to information or a core task, contact [email protected]. Include the page or feature, device, browser and assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so. Oruvai will acknowledge the report and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.
Preparation and review
This statement was last reviewed on 1 September 2026. It will be updated after the first formal accessibility audit and whenever material platform changes affect access.
