Community and safety rules

1. Purpose

Oruvai social features exist to help people decide what to play and form suitable private groups. They are not designed for follower competition, public drama, unsolicited promotion or unrestricted messaging.

2. Respect and consent

• Respect boundaries, blocks and declined invitations
• Do not target people based on protected characteristics
• Do not threaten, harass, humiliate or organise dogpiling
• Do not publish private information or recordings without a valid basis
• Keep group descriptions and profile content appropriate for the audience shown

3. Safety and illegal content

• No sexual exploitation, grooming or sexualised content involving minors
• No credible threats, instructions for serious harm or glorification of violent extremism
• No fraud, phishing, credential theft, stolen accounts or malicious downloads
• No unlawful hate speech, stalking, doxxing or impersonation
• No sale or distribution of illegal goods, pirated material or unauthorised access
• If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report

4. Profiles and identity

Use a name and image you are entitled to use. Parody or fan identity must not mislead others into believing it is official. Do not claim false platform ownership, achievements or affiliation in order to deceive.

Public profile fields should never contain home addresses, passwords, recovery codes, financial details or other highly sensitive information.

5. Groups and invitations

• Group creators should accurately state the game, platform, approximate time, language and expected style
• Invitation links must not be posted where they are likely to attract abuse
• Do not repeatedly add or invite someone who declined
• Private votes and availability answers must not be exposed outside the group
• Group creators may remove participants, but serious abuse should also be reported to Oruvai

6. Commercial and manipulative behaviour

• No spam, referral farming or unsolicited commercial messages
• No paid boosting of profiles, votes, ratings or Gaming DNA signals
• No undisclosed advertising or affiliate links in user content
• No account, key or item sales through social features unless Oruvai expressly introduces a compliant marketplace

7. Report, block and leave

Use Block to stop supported contact and Report when content or behaviour may violate these rules or law. Leave a group at any time. Reports should include the relevant account, content, reason and context; false or retaliatory reports may themselves violate these rules.

8. Enforcement

Possible measures include no action, guidance, warning, content removal, visibility limits, invitation restrictions, temporary suspension or permanent termination. The response depends on evidence, severity, risk, context and repetition.

Serious safety or legal risks may require immediate restriction. Where appropriate, Oruvai provides a reason and review route. These rules do not limit mandatory reporting or cooperation duties.

9. Younger users

Adults must not seek sexual or exploitative contact with minors or encourage them to move to unsafe channels. Before social features are activated, users must separately confirm that they are at least 16 and accept the social rules. The automatically created profile remains private until a deliberate release; report and block controls are available.

10. Updates

Community risks change as features change. Material rule updates will be announced and dated. The version applied to a moderation decision will be retained where needed for review.
